Bart Farve's going to play

Apparently, Brett has changed his mind and is going to play for the Vikings. I didn't see that coming...

If It wasn't obvious before it sure is now that he just wants to avoid training camp. It's becoming more and more difficult to be a Favre supporter. He will now come into Lambeau, the place he played for ages and most likely get booed. That is what I would call a destroyed legacy.

I hate Ted Thompson (that's a different post), but at this point I can see how dealing with Brett was impossible. Yes, it took me this long to realize it. I guess it was just the kid in me remembering Favre and all the amazing things he did while I was growing up. Favre was really the only quarterback that I knew. I do remember Don Majkowski and even before him, but that never had the same feel.

It really is a terrible day when you discover that your hero is a fucking turd.
