This person is getting the awesomeness of caked on mud from off roading confused with the metal eroding properties of salt. It's also very important to let everyone know that your junk truck is a FORD. There is a huge difference between driving a 1981 Ford pickup with 700k miles vs. a Dodge or Chevy. I have it on good athority that the owner of this vehicle had a choice between this and a 1999 Explorer. This was the obvious choice.
